I. Definition
Some emmenagogues have been used to stimulate blood flow in the abdomen and to help bring on menstruation because of absence of period. Some Emmenangogues are also known as the expulsion herbs which helps to dislodge the fertilized egg resulting in miscarriage, therefore please consult with a professional before using these types of herbs to treat endometrial symptoms.

II. How emmenagogues effect women with endometriosis
Since most of the emmenagogues have expulsion properties, overdose will cause miscarry and infertility. If you are pregnant, please consult with your doctor before taking any emmenaggues.

Some emmenagogues contains thujone such as
